Cletus is HUGE!!

We had a second ultrasound today to make sure all was well with little Cletus. We are almost 27 weeks along and he is really big. They guessed his weight as 2 lbs 8 oz. Grow little Cletus!
We were able to see all four ventricles in the heart, his little brain and his arms and face. He was waving on the ultrasound. We got to see his little face and cheeks and mouth. He was busy sucking down the cantaloupe flavored amniotic fluid when we saw him. We also saw his little eyes blinking.

Cletus was truly stubborn for the ultrasound tech and refused to show her anything. (We didn't want to know the sex so she hid the monitor from us so we didn't accidentally see anything--turns out Cletus didn't give her anything to see). He was breech and cross legged and wouldn't move at all! (He has already turned and isn't breech any longer--thankfully he is a squirmy baby!)

It was absolutely amazing how different he looked from the 5 week ultrasound. There wasn't a printer on the ultrasound, so we are planning to remember the images in our hearts.
